Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is your shipping policy?
    Great question! All rentals come with packages. Please use these to ship back the product once your rental period is over. Garments must be shipped back on the final day of your rental period. Shiping is free for you one way- back to the designer. Shipping labels will be provided in your package.
  • Rental Shipping Policies

  • What if I miss my shipping window on a rental?
    You will be charged one day per days missed. Rentals are $10 per day, so if this is the case for your garment you will continue to be charged until the garment is shipped back to the designer.
  • Should I clean my garment?
    Nope. Even if you spill something on it, while you are responsible for repair costs, you should not do anything but possibly dab a towel on it. Please do not wash nor dry clean any items.
  • What happens if I lose the garment?
    Please contact the designer right away and the two of you can work to find a solution.
  • Am I responsible for garment damage?
    Yes, to an extent and within reason. The artist understands oopsies happen all the time. Please connect with her on the nature of the damage, send her a photo and ask her questions. She always wants to help!
